At The Sweet Route, every item is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we ask that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Color preference
- Accidental orders
Please refer to our sizing charts before placing your order. If you have questions before ordering, we’re happy to help.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Email us at hello@thesweetroute.com and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@thesweetroute.com. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine the best resolution.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders enter production quickly, cancellations or changes can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order. After production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
