Thank you for shopping with The Sweet Route! Every item is made to order especially for you, which means production begins after your order is placed.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

During holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days (where available)

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, The Sweet Route is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • High shipping volume during holidays

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at hello@thesweetroute.com. We’ll do our best to update the order if it has not yet entered production.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at hello@thesweetroute.com.

We’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help find the best resolution.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may ship in separate packages if they are produced at different Printify facilities. If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
